Where are you located?

We're in the Easton Plaza, near the Amish Market between Key One and Bay Star at 101 Marlboro Ave, Suite 11, Easton, MD 21601.

What are your business hours?

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm. Saturday, 9:00am-1:00pm. Sunday, Closed.

 

Prints, Scans, & Faxing

What is the cost of a black & white copy?

A black-and-white copy of an 8.5"x 11 " document on plain paper costs $0.25/page. Bulk printing discounts apply after 50 copies.

What is the cost of a color copy?

A color copy of an 8.5"x11" document on plain paper costs $0.95/page. Bulk printing discounts apply after 25 copies.

Can you add text, and images, or make changes to my design?

Yes! Whether you have a complete design or just an idea, we can help with text, images, and other adjustments. Small edits start at $14.99, while more detailed design work is $65 per hour. Let us know what you need, and we’ll bring your vision to life!

How large of a print can you produce?

We can print borderless up to 42" wide and more than 20' long.

What is your average print turnaround?

Small copy jobs can typically be completed in less than 30 minutes. Larger print jobs, particularly those requiring design work, typically take 1-7 business days depending on the level of need.

I'm ready to place a print order. How do I get started?

Can you scan to email or thumb drive?

Yes, we offer scan-to-email or thumb drive services for letters and documents up to 36" wide.

Can you send/receive faxes?

Yes, we offer faxing services to send and receive faxes from our in-store location.

 

Shipping, Labels, & Returns

What printed labels do you accept?

We accept printed labels from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

I have a shipping label. Where can I send it to be printed?

To have your shipping label printed in-store, email it to ship@chesapeakeprint.com.

My Amazon return says to take a QR code to the UPS Store. Can you also accept this return?

No, we are currently unable to accept UPS QR codes.

What QR code return labels do you accept?

We can accept most USPS and FedEx QR codes. Please bring the QR code in-store to verify its eligibility at our location.

Do you sell stamps?

Yes, we sell domestic Forever stamps and international stamps.

 

Notary Public

Do you notarize documents? 

Yes, we provide public notary services during all business hours in-store.
